On November 12, Thursday, Phone Guy tells Jeremy to keep a close eye on things for the night, because from what he understands, the building is on lockdown. Phone Guy lets Jeremy know the day shift position has suddenly become available and Jeremy may be moved to it, once the whole thing is sorted out. In the meantime, they are working on finding a replacement for Jeremy's shift. Jeremy is also let in on the plan to attempt to contact the original restaurant owner of Fredbear's Family Diner [74], but Phone Guy doubts they will find anyone, since it has been closed four years.

When Jeremy completes his first work week of Sunday to Thursday [76], he receives his first paycheck for $100.50, just as advertised, and is welcomed into the family. PAYCHECK?
It is Jeremy's Lucky Day, since he is decidedly given the day shift and a replacement for his position is found in Fritz Smith.

Afterwards, the establishment closes down, at least for a while, but the long term plan does not include Fritz. (For some reason,) Phone Guy will be the one taking on the night shift, when the place eventually opens up again.
None of the mascots are acting right, because William used a spare yellow suit from the back. A memo on the situation is sent out to employees, which Jeremy either did not get, did not see, or maybe even ignored. Either way, the end result is that Jeremy leaves for his shift anyway...
