WATERBURY, Conn., June 1.—Reds, saved from deportation by Louis F. Post, Assistant Secretary of Labor, have returned to their haunts here and are active in the strike of foreign brass workers, a strike connected by some with the attempt to assassinate John H. Goss, wealthy manufacturer, in his home late Sunday night.
