1 agos 1323 anni a. C. - Zannanza Affair
Descrizione:
An Egyptian queen (likely Tuts widow) wrote the Hittites and asked to marry one of Suppiluliuma I sons and make him Pharoh of Egpyt. The Hittite agrees but his son, Zannanza, is killed en route. Following this insult Suppiluliuma I attacks Egypt and carries back the queen and the man she married instead of Zannanza. It is later recorded in the Plague Prayers written by Suppi's son that the ruler died from a plague brought in with Egyptian prisoners.
