March, 2008 – half term – Somehow, Alex found out about Anna’s crush – those Sam suspects it was Damien, who he also suspects knows – and tells all the brothers who mock him and bully him mercilessly. Printing out photos from Anna’s Facebook and sticking them onto naked page 3 cover girls and sticking them all over his bedroom walls. He’s horrified and upset, Anna tainted in his mind by his brothers.

23rd March, 2008 – Easter – Another painful family dinner with Benjamin. This time, Sam has to stay a couple of days with his dad and hates every second; comfort eating even more and stomach ache the entire time.
