The Provisional Government gained the political authority after the abdication of Czar's government. As Alexander Kerensky as the Provisional Government's leader, the Provisional Government and the Petrograd Soviet shared power in a short period of time, calming the people of Russia. The Provisional Government consisted of the Bourgeoisie. The government was unable to make jurassic changes or fix current problems which gave the opportunity for Lenin to step in. By the end of July 1917, the Provisional Government was disregarded, disrespected and almost powerless. In this month, the Provisional Government led by Kerensky was able to hold power in Russia.
