“What I say in this presentation will be serious and solemn. I will not speak to everyone. I ask for the indulgence of the ‘ninety and nine,’
while I speak to ‘the one.’

"Finding the cause of this condition is an essential step in developing a cure… It is not desirable; it is unnatural; it is abnormal; it is an affliction. When practiced, it is immoral. It is a transgression [p. 2].”

"I accept that word [homosexual] as an adjective to describe a temporary condition. I reject is a noun naming a permanent one [p. 2].”

“The reason why we in the Church do not talk more openly about this subject... is because with many things, it is easy—very easy to cause the very things we are trying to avoid [p. 3].”
