A tech. for Complete Energy Services, Inc. is at Cervi 3-19 to vacuum the crude oil from the catch pan when an Anadarko operator arrives at the site shortly after he does & parks east of the oil pump head.

When interviewed by the police, Chris O. said, “this that was unusual because he's never seen anyone park that far away from the tank area.”

Per, police notes: "it should be noted that the area Chris O. described is also adjacent & near the area where Shanann’s body was recovered.

Chris O. said the man who told Chris O. that he “was looking for a wrench he lost from leaving it on his rear bumper or tail gate & to check on things.” Chris O. didn’t get the man’s name but that the man signed Chris O’s JSA (job safety analysis) form that he completes for each site he works at & when an Anadarko employee is also present at a job site, he'll request the Anadarko employee sign the electronic JSA form.

It's latter found out to have been Troy’ M. who was the Anadarko operator at Cervi 3-19 who signed the JSA form. Troy M. failed to mention this during 1st interview, so police bring Troy in for a 2nd interview & they also have all of Troy’s Geotab data pulled.

Troy M when confronted in his 2nd interview about why he was there, he says that he went back to Cervi 3-19 looking for ‘evidence however, he initially told the water truck operator that he was looking for a ‘lost wrench’
