The case when Rosa Parks got arrested for civil disobedience. During a normal evening in Montgomery where she was taking a bus, the driver instructed all the black passengers to move to the back and give their seats to the white. She refuses to follow this order,m here starts the social revolution, here she gets jailed for “violating a city law requiring racial segregation of public buses”. A whole police investigation backed up the case Mrs. Parks wasn't seated in the first 10 rows that were reserved for the white passengers; she was one behind these numbers. Ended up being charged for "refusing to obey orders of the bus driver”. Standing up for herself and what she believed in at that moment she got known as "Mother of the Civil Rights Movement."
