Johnny Depp did a live Ask Me Anything session with the discord community. He chose to speak his answers rather than type as proof it was actually him.

Johnny has been overwhelmed with all your submissions this past week and has been touched by the contents of your well wishes. He's been going through and selecting his favourite and recording personal answers to each.

What we plan to do is tag the community member each question came from, alongside their questions, before posting JD's response.

As this is showbiz, nothing really ever goes to time, so we are receiving responses live now while there is a break in JD's filming; we reckon we'll get through 5 to 10 or so but will be back with more asap. Tonight we're focusing on questions relating to art and life; in our next session (most likely tomorrow) we'll focus on the project.

(conscious of multiple timezones, no need stay tuned in live, this content will remain posted for you to enjoy)

The Live AMA then followed with Johnny Depp answering 7 questions.

There is also some doubt about the AMA actually being live as some mentioned Johnny’s answers seemed pre-recorded and edited.

After the AMA the following message was posted to the Discord Channel:

I think we can all agree, this is a great way to sign off the questions on art & life. We'll be getting some more project specific questions answered soon on Never Fear Truth and what the future could hold...

This is certainly a new experience for us all, especially JD! As his Deppheads know, this isn't the norm, so we'll continue to grow in to this together.
