1. 30 years after the horrors taking place at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, Fazbear Entertainment Inc. decides to open up a horror attraction based on the events that transpired so long ago; in doing so they repurposed the old animatronics, and found an old SpringBonnie suit in a hidden backroom.

The night-guard of FNAF3 is implied to be Michael Afton, as seen in the Golden Freddy mode ending of FNAF:SL, where Michael states he will search for his father and the screen shows Springtrap at a burnt down Fazbear's Fright.

2. A newspaper clipping states that Fazbear's Fright was burnt down due to faulty wiring, yet foul play has not been overruled. It is speculated that Michael [the night-guard] started the fire to try and end everything once and for all.
