NOTE: Eliane Charlson Bredehoft raised accusations of sexual violence and rape on more than one occasion in this open court hearing which contravened the Protective Order leading to later filings for sanctions from Team Depp. Moreover Elaine also attempted to employ rules used in family and criminal court to argue that testimony from Amber Heard and her witnesses be excluded from broadcast - the argument was denied as inapplicable in a civil defamation case.
