Johnny Depp‘s former lawyers can’t get a hold of the star to sit down and ask some questions regarding their ongoing legal battle, so they’re asking a judge to do it for them.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star was supposed to sit down for a deposition earlier this month with Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal LaViolette Feldman Schenkman & Goodman.

The actor blew off the deposition, and now BHDRLFS&G are demanding the court order the actor to sit and get grilled about his accusations regarding the law firm allegedly conspiring with his ex-manager to screw him out of millions of dollars.
