WASHINGTON, Nov. 23. — Henry Ford, automobile manufacturer, today expressed a willingness to give his entire fortune to end the war in Europe and to put down militarism wherever it existed. He made this statement after a talk with President Wilson, in which he urged the President to call a congress of the neutral nations to make renewed efforts for peace.
