Amber Heard claimed that Johnny Depp threw hers first although the only evidence of this is her backing up her phone which is likely something she would do anyway. Amber Heard was texting on her own phone seeking ways to find Johnny Depp’s phone. Furthermore, no one claims to have recovered Amber Heard’s phone or where it was found.On the other hand Starling Jenkins gives a detailed and consistent account of how he retrieved Johnny Depp’s phone.
