It is with a very sad heart that I must withdraw my care. As I repeated to you several times I will always be there of you decide to allow me to help you. What I believe you need is as clear system without any substances that could interfere with your medications and jeopardise your surgical procedure. Without this assurance, based on behaviours and not promises, I am putting you at risk. I refuse to put you in this dangerous position.
