TYRON LOAN DOCUMENT EMAILED TO Tracey Jacobs

The Tyron Loan was described by TMG as a loan taken out to provide a cash boost for Johnny Depp. In return the lucrative ‘backend’ payments from several of Johnny’s films - Pirates 1-4, Alice In Wonderland and Into The Woods - were diverted to meet the loan repayments.

However there is no record of Johnny Depp receiving any financial benefit form the Tyron Loan. The only recipients on record as having received money from this loan are TMG, Bloom and UTA (Tracey Jacobs).

In effect this loan diverted and ultimately removed valuable income streams from Johnny Depp without providing him the cash boost to offset their loss.
