A former Facebook product manager, Frances Haugen, exposed that the company understands the negative effects of its platforms and won't make an effort to change them along with knowing a lot more information about people than users are aware of.

This report could lead the Supreme Court to make some laws to stop these Social Media apps from knowing so much personal information about their users. No trial has started yet but it could be determined that Facebook is violating the 4th Amendment.
