In 1611 james the 1st made the first fully English bible. It was the start mass produced bible in the world at the time. This was given to the poor side of the pupil with the book being low in cost. And easy to get your hands on. Within the book there was no space in the book on the side it was just plainly text and this was a good method from james as he didn’t want anyone to write there own note with the book to create there own religion out of it. There was advantages within it like
-more intelligent country as a hole more readers
-people looked as equals a hole country
-sharing the word getting an increase of god
-easier to speak to everyone breaking them class
The disadvantages was
-there was a risk of classes overtaking
-it was a lot of money for England to print it of
-more free will to drive a big divide in religions
-less people were going to church now so less church tax coming in because they already had the all the story in there house.
