The Defendants applied for a declaration that the claim was struck out because of what
was said to be the Claimant’s incomplete compliance with my disclosure order
regarding the Virginia libel action. In particular, it was said that the Claimant had failed to disclose a series of texts between him and his assistant, Nathan Holmes, which were
referred to as ‘the Australian drugs texts’.
