The defense argued for a dismissal based on Luna and the FBI had blocked the judge from issuing a warrant for Grace for his violations. The judge ruled against the dismissal. Agent Skinner then admitted on record to Grace being a paid informant. The defense then successfully requested a Federal Inquiry citing the mishandling and cover-up of Warren Grace.
