Date: March 5, 1770

This event began with a small argument between the British and a few colonists outside the Custom House.Soon after there were over 50 colonists at the scene, but the sight of British soldiers was aggravating the huge crowd even more than before. Then they started shouting, threatening to fire at them. Many people died and some men, including eight soldiers, were put on trial.
