During the OD strategy workshop, managers from WWF India defined their conservation strategy and the organisational changes required to deliver it. The workshop involved staff from WWF-UK (Diane, John Barker, Rod Sterne), several other network partners and WWF International. The workshop built on an earlier peer review process that was conducted with WWF South Africa. By taking a self-critical approach WWF India helped create an open atmosphere for discussing its future organisational development.
