In order to protect their territory, the Allies set up a defensive line protecting their territory from invasion of the Axis. But, the Germany decide to launch their last counter-offensive and they happened to notice a weak spot in the line. They happen to make a large bulge in the line, trapping some US troops. The US sends more troops to the bulge and push the Germans back. Then the force the Germans to retreat.
