INCIDENT 2 -Part 3:
Late 21 March/ Early hours 22 March 2013
Uneventful until after many photos were taken and Johnny Depp returned to Orange Ave with Amber Heard.
Johnny Depp was unhappy to have a painting by Tasya van Ree hanging in the bedroom especially as Amber Heard had told him nothing but bad things about her, so he asked for it to be moved. Amber Heard alleged that Johnny Depp then tried to use his cigarette lighter to set fire to the painting.
The accusation is also that Johnny Depp was violent so that Amber Heard had a swollen face and split lip for which there is NO EVIDENCE.
The painting could not have been damaged as it later hung in Amber Heard's office at the ECB AS LATE AS 2016.
The photograph of the painting in the garage was text’d to johnny Depp by Whitney on 31 May 2013 - almost as if she celebrated the fact that his request to move it had been fulfilled and no mention of it having been damaged or any violence involved in the request.
INCIDENT Part 4:
22 March 2013
It is alleged that Johnny Depp was at Amber Heard 's home on Orange Avenue, drinking and taking drugs. They were arguing and Johnny Depp was refusing to go to the recording studio at Sweetzer.
In response, Johnny Depp agrees they were arguing but not that he refused to leave or that he was required to be at the film shoot with Keith Richards and Tom Waites.
Johnny Depp denies any injury to AH.
