OVERVIEW:
In Amber Heard's legal documents she accuses Johnny of refusing to hand over financial information needed to settle the divorce case. However Depp's team wants her to sign a non-disclosure agreement before the confidential information is exchanged.

Amber Heard is claiming the non-disclosure agreement is ridiculous because it calls for a $100k fine each time his financial info is leaked -- not just by her but even by her forensic accountant which Amber Heard says it's an outrageous demand and just a stalling tactic.

Team Depp say the fine won't matter if the agreement is not violated.

The other issue -- setting a date for Amber Heard's deposition. Team Depp proposed August 3 and 8, but Amber Heard says she's scheduled to be in London working on "Justice League." She's offered to fly back on a Saturday, but she says Johnny's team isn't willing to work weekends. The Court Ordered the deposition go ahead on 6 August.
