Thomas Jefferson’s Inaugural speech is very monumental taking place in 1801 after the revolution of 1800 which was a peaceful transition of power in the white house which was very shocking at the time. Thomas Jefferson states in the end of his inaugural speech stating we are all Republicans we are all federalist promoting unity within the country by stating we all have the same ideals and require unity.
