The town of Pilatsigla was a town that was bought by Javik's father, Jëtolar Karmen, to ensure Oipienta's position in Southern Yueroki. Javik decided to grant the See of Alondany a place for formal residence after an argument between Javik and the bishop of Alondany, Pilub XII of Alondany, about letting Alondany become a papacy. Javik let Alondany become a papacy as long as it is moved to the town of Pilatsigla. Due this move, Alondany became de facto independent but still was protected and operated by Oipienta.
