In their first appearance in Superior Court here. Paul Skyhorse, 31, and Richard Mohawk, 26, asked retired Superior Judge Floyd C. Dodson, who is hearing the case on assignment, to disqualify himself. Dodson refused.

Acting as their own attorneys, the
pair also asked for another change of venue, saying, “A native American can't get a fair trial in this country." Dodson also denied that request.
