Five residents of an American Indian Movement camp were indicted by a county grand jury yesterday on charges of murdering an Inglewood cab driver Oct. 10. The body of George Aird, 27, was found stuffed into a concrete drain pipe at the camp in Box Canyon, near the Ventura-Los Angeles county line. Aird had been stabbed 17 times.

Charged were Richard Mohawk, 25; Paul Sky Horse, 29; Marci McNoise, 25; Holly Broussard, 18, and Marvin Red Shirt, 26. In addition to murder, they were accused of kidnaping and robbing Aird.

Mohawk and Sky Horse were also charged with committing murder as part of a robbery and kidnapping, making them subject to the death penalty. Sky Horse, Red Shirt, and Mrs. McNoise were arraigned “ in Ventura County Superior Court. Sky Horse was ordered held without bail. Bail of $250,000 was set for Red Shirt and $100,000 for Mrs. McNoise.
