I've been on a skateboard. Not for me. Once you go faster than a light jog, the board starts buzzing under your feet and you get those terrifying speed-wobbles. Playing Pro Skater on my old Playstation will do just fine, thank you very much.

Then you have this psycho, who rides an electronically modified longboard that peaks at nearly 60 MPH. This week, Mischo Erban broke the Guinness World Record for the fastest speed on an electric skateboard, topping off at 59.55 MPH. But he didn't do it on the first try; he wiped out, got back up, and did it again. That's either dedication or insanity, or a healthy mix of both. This is the same guy who, at 80.74 MPH, broke the world record for the fastest speed ever achieved on a skateboard in a standing position.
