The tribes that lived in the Western Mountains came together under city states. There were three major city states that ruled the region. There was the Agaea State, the Nothren State, and the Oceana State. These three powers would fight and trade with each other until the year 1500 BC, when the Agaea State would beat the Oceana State in a battle that would led to the downfall of the Oceana State. After the Agaea State took over the Oceana State it was easy to take over the Nothren State. But the city states would fight and trade for the next 900 years.
