The Eastern Coalition having not been severely hurt during what they call, The War of Death, started to take over land that used to be Nohan. They go so far as to take some land up where Virginiansland used to be. The Tribal Empire was more of a representative government with many tribes. The tribes reported to a central city in their region or province and the central cities reported the Capital.
