Every patient tested negative for coronavirus and other mosquito born illnesses, so authorities are testing water systems in the area. That same day, much of India shut down after thousands of farmers protested a new farming reform. The protest, which calls for a nation-wide strike, has been happening for at least 12 days. (CNN)
