There is a set of predefined life events SmarPay keeps track of and some of the events may affect people's employee's eligibility for benefits or even their current selections. Life events may trigger different changes to the existing applications of an employee and their eligibility for the different products. When a client questions the causes for a change in deduction, they can simply check life events. So by not being able to see them payroll admins could not have an accurate picture of what caused a change in deductions. Now they can!
