香港大律師公會繼3月及4月第三次就逃犯條例提出意見書，並提供簡便指南供市民了解修例的爭議。意見書認為，修訂後的《刑事事宜相互法律協助條例》對「雙重��罪」的定義更為廣闊，讓內地執法部門較容易要求港方提供法律協助，擔心修訂後會大強內地刑事檢控的便捷度。
