After working for a while on my computer I headed downstairs to watch a show on Netflix. This involves again the economic impacts of globalization because with just the touch of a button and $8 a month I can watch a variety of tv shows and movies from all over. I would also say that there is a bit of a political impact of globalization. I watched the show called "Last Man Standing", a comedy set in the states in Denver, CO. The main character Mike Baxter is very conservative and the majority of the jokes are based on political views from the states. Maybe a bit of a stretch, but I think still a valid impact of globalization.
