Diocletian tries to save the empire tries to save the empire (divides into two)- there are many reasons to why the roman empire fell. There are reasons such as the higher class people used to always throw big huge parties that cost a lot of money. But when they could not fund it they just taxed the lower class people and then the lower class people could not afford such great taxes so they went bankrupt. Another reason is the Byzantine empire took over and crushes the roman empire
