A deputy responded to a call of a suspicious person along Miller Hill Road. When the deputy arrived, he saw the man standing in the middle of the highway. As the deputy got out of the patrol car, the man approached the deputy and some sort of a confrontation occurred, and the deputy shot and killed Timothy Sides.
