After the Vote on Changing the Seventh Grade Ban won with full support, new laws were put into place. A change to the Thirteenth Directive in the Constitution of the Covenant also took place.

The New Thirtheenth Directive

Thirteenth directve
--- The Mission class of 2021 is not allowed in the Covenant with some exceptions.
------ The few exceptions of the class of 2021 is only decided by the Members of the Covenant.
--------- The chosen individuals from the Mission class of 2021 will be granted Representative status and not become a Member.
--- No Women Are Allowed Into the Covenant By Any Means.
