Thomas Alva Edison assembled equipment to research the new spectacle because x-ray tubes were difficult to find he made his one. He incorporated materials into a device he called the vitascope, then changed to fluoroscope. His device became a standard tool by which nearly every doctor used. He made the first x=ray machine and with his discovery, x-ray machine are better and more effective than ever, without him we wouldn't have access to this material earlier or more advanced.
