have finally got through to payzone (takepayments) and spoke to wendy misell .. she has pinged over an email confirming new till would be under same conditions as last lot . but would be new 3 year contract . at 59 pounds per month (she washed over the merch id bit but i know that will be an extra cost) - however - in current circumstances brian has said not to bother and that they will muddle through with what they have .. delivery time would be rough 10 working days after contract sign ... which could take a little while - especially as it goes to brian to sign first then away .. so .. keep in mind.
