On Christmas day, Mei reports on a snow storm, Zarya is in Russia, possibly battling omnics, and D.Va stars in an advertisement.

In Gibraltar, Winston reflects on the past few years and how hard they've been because he's spent them alone. He thinks the next year is going to be different. Winston asks Athena if there's been any news from Tracer. When Athena says there's nothing, Winston assumes she's running late, and wonder's what's keeping her.

In King's Row, Tracer desperately tries to get to a store to get a scarf for her girlfriend, Emily, from Spennymore before it closes. Along the way, she comes across a family who's just been robbed. At first, she wants to leave it to the police, but she decides against it and goes to help them, quickly chasing after the thief and returning the stolen goods to the family.

After that, she arrives at Spennymore just moments after it closes. She heads to another store and finds the scarf she's looking for, but because another patron wanted it, she selflessly gives it away.

Dejected, she's forced to take the subway home, her chronal accelerator having run out of power. On the way to the subway, she's approached by the girl of the family who was robbed earlier, who gives her a present as thanks for returning their good to them. When she gets to the apartment she and Emily share she starts to apologize for not being able to get the scarf she wanted, but Emily sees the gift the girl gave her and opens it to find that very scarf. Happy, the two kiss.

In Gibraltar, Winston decides to stop waiting for Tracer. He reflects that holidays are meant to be spent with friends and family; both things he's short on at the moment. He can't help but wonder how everyone is doing.

Genji and Zenyatta are in Nepal, Genji writing a letter with a quill, which he possibly sends to Dr. Ziegler.

Fareeha is having dinner with her father, Sam, while visiting him in Canada. Her relationship with him, which was initially complicated, is now more familiar.

Torbjorn is spending time with his wife by the fireside, while Reinhardt reads his grandchildren a story by the christmas tree, Brigitte standing nearby.

Ana and Morrison spend Christmas together in Egypt, continuing to hunt down Hakim. Morrison looks at a picture from the old days.

The Reaper observes a family, possibly his child's and grandchild's.

Junkrat and Roadhog steal from an amusment park and get away in a car.

Hanzo looks at a cake, and a kid stands behind him (Theory: He could either be buying the cake for the kid out of holiday spirit, or the kid could be related to him somehow. There's not telling).

McCree is passed out drunk at the bar Calaveras in Mexico, while Sombra sits nearby drinking.

Widowmaker stands by the grave of Gerard Lacroix, possibly having placed a rose by it.

Ziegler, working at an aid station in/near Egypt, receives and reads a letter, possibly the one Genji wrote.

Back at Gibraltar, Winston tells Athena that he thinks it's just him and Athena this time around. Sarcastically, Athena engages party mode, making Winston laugh. She then tells him that there's someone at the door. He answers to find that it's Tracer and Emily, having traveled to Gibraltar from London. She apologizes for being late, calling him "big guy," and tells him that "shopping was murder."

Winston hugs the two of them, and they go to eat dinner and talk. Winston is happy to finally spend the holidays with family again, and he has a good feeling about next year.
