PRP was engaged to produce “Imagine 2010” which was the launch of the new Vancouver 2010 logo. The show had many features including Cirque du Soleil, Lisa Brokop singing a Bryan Adams song?, and local First Nations. But the show literally ‘hinged’ on the reveal of the logo. The logo was carried in 5 pieces to the stage and then slotted onto a frame that raised and then on cue the pieces dropped to form the logo. The piece was not designed to be run multiple times and was wearing out by the time the show came around. I am not sure it would have worked another time.
