After crowing himself, Napoleon disbanded the first consul and gains 100% control over the new French Empire. On this day Napoleon Bonaparte became the frist ever emporer of France. many of the polticians feared him now as Democracy (the thing the french revolution was over) was just destroyed. The French people, on the other hand generally liked this as democrachy only gave them terrible and unstable governments.
