25 nov 1935 anni - Anti- comintern pact

Descrizione:

The Anti-Comintern Pact, officially the Agreement against the Communist International, was an anti-Communist pact concluded between Germany and Japan on November 25, 1936, and was directed against the Communist International.

Causes-
Since the clandestine additional agreement between Germany and Japan against the USSR on the Anti-Comintern Pact was to preclude political negotiations by either state without voicing mutual consent with the Soviet Union, Japanese Ambassador Mushakoji was concerned if the arrangement would have repercussions for the Japanese-Soviet.

Effects-
Anti-Comintern Pact, agreement signed first between Germany and Japan, and then between Italy, Austria, and Japan explicitly aimed against the Communist International (Comintern), but indirectly against the Soviet Union in particular.
