The battle of woodlake was the last major battles of the U.S-Dakota war of 1862. Also known as the defeat of the Dakota. Sibley and his troops move up the MN river where they camp on the night of september 22. A group of U.S soldiers are finding food until they stumble upon a group of Dakota soldiers.
