We now introduce an anniversary tile that shows upcoming work anniversaries for registered users. The tile can be added to site from Recognition section on the SmartHub bilder, where the rest of recognition tiles also lie. You will be able to send an eCard to the people, who have their anniversaries today. The tile is available in 1x1 and 2x2 version to fit. On the 1x1 version, you can see the pictures of all people who have anniversaries today or in the next couple of weeks. If you want to learn more about a person, all you need is to click on their photo and you will be lead to their profile. The Send eCard button only appears for users with anniversary “today”. No button appears for employees with anniversary on a future date. For employees with anniversary on a future date, the tile title shows anniversary month and day, and there will be no Send eCard button.
2x2 tiles shows the 5 upcoming anniversaries. We again have Send eCard button only for the people who have their work anniversaries today. The number of years of service (e.g. “1”) appears next to the anniversary date.
The avatars of users with upcoming anniversaries are displayed, and link to their profiles.
