When approving a nomination the approver can choose to add an additional comment. If this nomination has been shared to the social feed, their comment will now automatically be added as a comment on the social feed.

1. We have added a note above the comment field in Reward Manager so the approver know if the nomination has been shared or not. We think this will be an easy and engaging way for managers to add value to a recognition story and celebrate their peers successes.

2. We have made it easy for approvers to access their pending nominations! Previously the email directed them to the frontend in order to log in to Reward Manager, now we are linking them directly to it. It's often the simple things that have the most impact.

3. We have given Super Approvers the ability edit typos within a nomination. The aim if this is not for them to edit the nominations itself but just to correct any typos to ensure that the nomination reads correctly on the social feed.

4. Another frequently used features is the ability to download nominations to be print. We have now added that functionality to the social feed. The sender, receiver and anyone with the Social Recognition Administrator role can access this by clicking on the settings cog in the top right corner of the feed item. We often advise that clients who want their managers to monitor the wall distribute this role to their managers.

5. Also some very exciting improvements for our leaderboard tiles! Before we the tiles used to be for eCards only, we had both a tile for top receivers and top senders. Saj has made a few changes! Firstly, it now includes all recognition not jsut eCards. And secondly, its not just top senders and top receivers, there is also commenters and top activity! Activity is a combination of all three; sendign, receviing and commenting!
