Push notifications are a crucial feature of the app, that help to instantly connect employees with recognition happening across the organisation. We will also be adding the blog alerts soon. Employees can manage their communication preference for alerts in the settings menu within the app, to turn specific alerts on or off. And, they can also control how their push notifications present using the main settings on the mobile devices, for example if they want banners or badges. Alerts are the last core feature that we have been we have been waitng for before ramping up the noise around Connect+. We have also been busy fixing bugs and making UI and UX improvements to ensure the app is going to delight users. Now is the time to start talking to your clients about the app, if you have any questions get in touch with Row or on the #product-connect-app channel on slack.
