Prisoner found in an unconscious state through the use of spice. Prisoner had evidently been self harming due to injuries left on his arms. Signs of assault however no evidence of who had been involved. Prisoner taken away for medical care. Reports of video footage of an attack have been reported by a CHIS, however nothing has been identified online by staff.
